Concepts of our clinic

CONCEPT 01. Provide professional treatment for Nephrology

In our hospital, a specialist in nephrology works on a full-time, and we will continue to provide professional treatment in coordination with each tertiary hospital.

CONCEPT02. Provide the latest treatment for Dialysis

We are addressing the latest treatment both home hemodialysis and conventional hemodialysis. We will offer new treatments (home hemodialysis) as an option for those who are on dialysis with working, and those who cannot have enough time for dialysis during the day. We will lead home hemodialysis into the future.

Greeting

Himiko Shimizu,MD.,Ph.D.

Nice to meet you. I am director of this clinic. When I was a student, I decided to become a doctor because of my experience of taking care of my grandfather who was on dialysis. After graduating, I majored in nephrology as a specialist who have good knowledge of dialysis and accumulated clinical practice. Based on my experience of caring for my grandfather, we provide medical care with the first priority being to be close to each patient and think in a friendly manner. Indeed, it was encouraging to hear from patients that they were happy to come to our clinic. Like other Tokyo Dialysis Frontier groups, we would like to make every effort to provide high-quality medical care so that everyone can spend their time with peace of mind. In addition, we would like to try for medical treatment that emphasizes the relationship of trust with each and every one of us.
